Anu Kramer awarded NSF Fellowship

Anu Kramer has been selected to receive a 2012 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) Fellowship. The selection was based on her outstanding abilities and accomplishments, as well as your potential to contribute to strengthening the vitality of the US science and engineering enterprise, and her uber-cool research proposal: Using aerial LiDAR to inform the evaluation of FIRETEC, a physics-based wildfire model.  Anu is a second year Ph.D. student coadvised by Maggi Kelly and Scott Stephens and am studying forestry, fire ecology, fire modeling, and LiDAR.
