The folks over at the QGIS blog have posted two screencasts to help get you started with QGIS and its GRASS integration.
That's pretty awesome. I want to give it a whirl. It is also one of the most hilarious screencasts ever, including choice quotes like, "Now, that doesn't really make sense, but..." and "Now you wait patiently."
